September Challenge

The Delts Gym 6 week September Challenge is starting now!

Six weeks to rebuild your routine, improve your fitness and create habits that survive beyond the challenge.

Fallen out of routine?

Your September Reset
Starts Here!

This isn’t about punishment, perfection or living on salad. It’s for people who have fallen out of routine, need a fresh push and want to feel stronger, fitter and more energised. You don’t need to be fit to begin, you just need to be ready to start.

This is six weeks of coach-led training, nutrition support, accountability and better habits, with sessions available from morning until evening.

Your goal might be to lose weight, build strength, sleep better, run your first 5K or simply feel good in your own skin again.

It isn’t punishment. It’s a reset.

The Delts Gym September Challenge is starting now for residents of Thames Ditton, Esher, Hinchley Wood, Claygate and surrounding areas. Spaces are limited. Contact us to find out more.

What's Included?

Challenge Structure

Small-group personal training sessions

Personal coaching without the crowds. Train in small groups with a coach there to guide you, correct your technique and help you get the most from every session. You get proper coaching while training alongside people working towards their own goals.

A proper training plan

No more wondering what to do. Your training has structure and purpose. Sessions are planned to help you build strength, improve fitness and make steady progress throughout the six weeks, whatever level you’re starting from.

Nutrition Guidance

Simple advice you can actually follow. Get practical nutrition guidance designed for real life. No extreme diets or complicated rules, just sensible changes that can help you eat better, support your training and move towards your goals.

Weekly Accountability and encouragement

Stay focused and keep moving forward. A little accountability can make a huge difference. Regular support from the Delts team helps you stay consistent, work through any setbacks and keep your momentum going from week to week.

Flexible coach-led sessions

Training that fits around your life. With sessions running from morning through to evening, you can train at times that work around work, family and everyday life, without having to organise your entire week around the gym.

Supportive Community

You won’t be doing it alone. Train alongside a welcoming group of people who are all there to improve. There are no egos and no pressure to keep up with anyone else, just encouragement, good coaching and a community that helps you keep showing up.

Facilities and equipment

A Coaching Space, Not A Commercial Gym Floor.

Delts Gym is a fully equipped private training facility — cardio, free weights, machines, and space to move without queuing for equipment. It’s a proper gym. Just without the posturing.

Most gyms are built to sign you up and hope you don’t show. Delts was built the other way around. We cap group sessions at six people. Every member knows their coach’s name. Every session has a plan. And nobody — ever — gets lost in the crowd.

This isn’t a place to float around with headphones in. It’s a place to train.

Located at Old Cranleighan Sports Club in Thames Ditton, we’re easy to get to from Esher, Surbiton, Kingston, and beyond.
